  Simply the rudest people i have spoken to in a long time, disgusting customer services once they have taken your money! I might of only brought something small, a (£7) propane gas regulator. But it was faulty, flaming up and down and constantly changing pressure. When i took it back in to see what they might be able to do about it, they literally laughed and said that there was no way of proving it was faulty!!! Well there ment to be running a caravan sales centre and they cant test a regulator! Really!! Makes me wonder if they check anything on the caravans they try to sell!! I knew to avoid them before because of all the bad press they get locally, but really didnt expect a simple regulator to go wrong! Avoid these con artist's there's plenty of other more deserving caravan sales companys locally no need to get stung here!
